El Capitan Ethan Dark Roast Espresso
This is the kind of coffee that I grind and make and then take a deep inhale before drinking, and always say, “Awh….” because it is the most homey and expressive smell unlike any other espresso, and the taste definitely follows suite.
Amazing!
I am a self-dubbed coffee snob and I have always known the best coffee comes from Guatemala. This blend is my favorite. It is smooth, strong and delicious. I usually make a latte with coconut milk and every single shot is perfection. While I know my espresso maker influences that, I am fully aware my coffee does as well. I love where my money goes too. If you like strong coffee that isn't bitter, this is it!
