If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We roast and ship everything to order, the turnaround time is typically around 48 hours before your coffee is shipped. The carriers that we use are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or Fed EX. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express and USPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday (USPS on Sat), excluding holidays.
